Dance is also a form to represent our traditions and culture like {Bhangra} is most popular in Punjab. {Khatak} is popular in kerala and so on . Dancing has its own benefits from mental to physical . Dancing relaxes our mind it helps our mind to make it fresh and grasps more things. It also reduces stress and tension dance also presents heart disease.
As for physical we can exercise through dance like zumba, aerobics etc. It is a also a good way to workout with joy as when the music starts we use to dance and we never feel bored during dancing .
