VOLTOUR is a new and unique volunteering initiative started by LADLI FOUNDATION TRUST, a non-profit organization, to explore grassroots realities. Its objective is to create a community of ardent young minds who wants to bring social reform by doing noble deeds in society. It is an effort towards enhancing the leadership qualities of youngsters by involving them in philanthropic activities to experience humanity and pleasure for their generous acts. It is a certificate and reward-based program that permits you to learn and earn. It will give you an opportunity to learn social entrepreneurship, administrative skills, community outreach, leadership skills and public engagements. You can earn certificate and rewards, letter of recommendation, national and international award, government appreciation certificates, public recognition in mega events etc.

The organization is in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council since 2020. Its accreditation with United Nations and international presence enables access to networking and innovation exchange platforms for global youth population.

Volunteers foster community development and success. When we do something individually or collectively for our society and do not expect anything in return that is when the world starts to change. Volunteering needs you to come out of your comfort zone keeping aside your preferences and put an extra effort towards fulfilling the needs of someone else. Volunteering reminds us what it means to be a human being. There are people out there who are passionate towards contributing to their society in every possible way so that they could bring the remarkable changes to the world. We are the ones who can create an ineffaceable impact on so many around us in our world by volunteering, by assisting people who look up to us and are in dire need of our help. We are the ones who can take a step towards it and indeed change the world. 

Volunteering is important because it enables individuals to help others in an unselfish way. It is an altruistic activity. It permits you to connect to your community and make it a better place. Volunteering means empowering others as well as yourself. Volunteering can help you acquire valuable skills and experiences, expand your network and undoubtedly boosts your confidence.
