How can one stop wars?
There has to be a dialogue between the waring Nations to stop the war if there is a crisis anywhere in the world politicians from other countries often try to meditate between the fighting parties they are often able to convince them to talk to each other and to reach a compromise this is one of the main task of the UNO United Nation organisation the UNO can also send their own special troops to the crisis area to bring about peace. 
What is a civil war?
A civil war is not a war between two countries but a war in which two or more groups fighting within the same country they can be either different groups of people fighting against each other or the army fighting against the part of the population in Iraq in Africa civil war flower from time to time usually when election are to be held or wind power has been for sibly taken away from someone there are problems after a Civil War too because people need to live in the same country with the people against whom they had fought earlier.

It is a gruesome fact that children sometimes as saying as 8 years yes or sent as soldiers to fight in civil wars there are about 3 lakh child soldiers world wide for instance in Africa in Columbia and Myanmar the children maybe used as photos cooks or fighters before sending them to watch the army promises them money and a better life but the reality is just the opposite. 
conflicts are a part of life and we should know how to resolve them properly next time you see a fight between two person find out exactly why both are fighting some reasons may not be obvious and will become clear only after thinking about it request the person involved to find solutions with the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed the solutions can they both agree to compromise and agree on a solution.
