So, the unspoken things are always roams around us, but the thing is we are unable to see all because we are always busy in our problems and worries.
Whenever we meet any of our our friend we want to share our opinions and worries with them because we thought that sharing the worries will keep you calm and your heart will feel better.
I discover the new thing every times whenever I meet my friends or cross any stranger .
If we try to sense the vibes we can understand the happiness and sadness of the person.
That vibes are actually the un-spoken words they are dealing with.
I know we are not able to help everyone but sometimes a smile will do a lot without saying anything.:)
Try to understand the un-spoken words and try to confront them so that they can feel better.
Do not think that you are wasting your time, I know it is tough but a little initiative will change your loved ones mood or life and the un-spoken words and vibes will be converted into happy vibes.:)
Sometimes the emotions play a vital role to explain the things in better way.
Now, What is good vibes? How we can sense ? What to do when we meet a person who is not happy?
Let's take a example whenever we visit a temple there is always a positive environment with ringing bells, spiritually chanting's, incense sticks fragrance, lightening lamps which in results give you strength and happy vibes and automatically your mood gets refresh.
Because due to that environment you forgets your worries and starts thinking good about your life.
We have seen many times that people sometimes start crying in-front of God , and want to share all thoughts that times, it is due to the vibes we are feeling that time due to that environment that time our body reacts with such positive surroundings and start healing and feeling good.
That is the good vibes we got there.
So whenever you sense something is not right with any of your friends or with your loved ones than try to talk to them so that they will feel better with your positive and good vibes can make them feel happy and they will able to think the good sides of their life beyond the sadness.
Your behavior can heal a lot of persons.
Try to listen them without judging.
Everyone is facing different types of worries but if you will be able to make any of them happy than trust me they will feel good and will be able to see good in themselves and will get more positive thoughts.:)
