now how to apply this “feel good factor” in life is the main concern,you must have observed that whenever we feel low or when we are sad,upset and depressed in life it reflects in our life style,in our day to day activities.we stop bothering about our appearance our dress up, our body and almost everything looks messy around us, untidy room,unwashed vehicle that we drive, and so on,now the feel good factor works on these little things in our daily routine, no matter what is going in your life never neglect these ,minute details in life.
always maintain a daily routine, get up early,exercise a little,freshen up even when u don't have to do anything important for day,still don't let laziness enter your body
always dress up good in neat and tidy cloths ,ironed even if you have to go to buy grocery from a store next door.never be in untidy cloths
always care how your ride looks,a bike ,scooter or car,it should look washed and properly clean, a clean and shiny ride always boost the confidence of the driver of it even the passenger.
always do your daily prayers or puja if you do, and if you don't start right away, morning worship always boost confidence and gives you strength
keep away from unnecessary debates and discussions,also from criticism ,neither do nor listen
keep your surroundings clean and tidy, it gives positive vibes,
never isolate from public,talk to people,go spend time with friends and family,never hesitate to share your views
never spend evenings alone,or in room,go out ,take a ride of city even if you don't have a purpose or destination to go.
do whatever that gives you a feel good feeling,
by making these small efforts in your daily life you will develop a steady and positive mindset,thus you will avoid the negativity around you and be positive all the time
