Hello everyone…..I am very happy to write this blog….for one whose in depression…and the people who want always stay happy .
If you want to be happy is the concept of purpose of life. After we born there should be some purpose, so purpose of life do your duty very well….when you do your duty well it helps you remove stress. Find out whatever you can do in given situation and you go on it .
Always keep in mind that free mind is Devils workshop, if you are going to be free mind will either in past bring tears , and mind will go in future bringing tension , so be in present it keep you happy.
When you hav energy you stay happy . So increse your energy by doing Physical activity, instead of Mental energy there is some physical activity required walking, climbing , playing games ,etc.when energy goes low the negativity comes so always stay full energetic.
There is also another one thing that you should do dialy..taht is meditation. Sit quitely , close your eyes , that gives you lots of peice and mental strength to handle stress and being happy.
There are many thong we do for being happy …..when you are useful to somebody you are really happy. Happiness comes like that so be useful those who need you.
Before going to make a list what happens good in day. That helps to build positive approach to being happy.
Think positive is the main reason which give you happiness .so always think positive .
Happiness is your choice to be happy or not to be happy. If your happiness depends on external world happening, then your happiness will not be long Lasting.because somebody smile you and somebody cry you .so don't become puppet .
Always do small small things that makes you happy help others , give time to hobby that gives you happiness, spend time with favourite person , and always spreading happines because when you spread happiness in others life it reflects with double in your life.
There is some tips that keeps you healthy and happy . First is avoid over eating , unnecessary talking, and also over doing anything…..because these decrease lots of energy so avoid these things and always stay happy.😊
Some activities do regularly for being happy . First take enough and good sleep, it very important thing beacuse when you take good and enough sleep you wake up fress at morning so take a good and enough sleep of atleast 6-7 hours . Go to bed early. Then always try to wakeup early with positive thoughts, when you wakeup then see in mirror and gives some good complement to yourself . And start your day with positive things , then you do daily some physical activity that's goves you lot of energy for whole day . After that take helaty breakfast. Try to thing do very positively in full day . Try to help others .Try to spread happiness in others life , Try to enjoy happy music , try to read more , try to stay productive full day because it gives lots of happy felling .when alwys stay at one place it makes you negative. So do more or morre productive things in life
