To make your wheat bread a healthy choice:

1.Jowar and Wheat Flour is Perfect

Jowar is a gluten-free flour, rich in protein, dietary fiber, calcium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B and C. 

It helps to lose weight. The healthy jowar diet profile helps improve digestion. Free radicals regulate blood sugar levels and improve heart health.

You can take cup jowar flour and mix it with wheat flour cup cup to make healthy rotis.

2. Ragi or Nachni with whole wheat flour

To make a nutritious chapatti, combine 4 cups of almond flour and 4 cups of wheat flour.
