Prayers make wonders happen in Life, Best Asana to pray which is very important is to join hands and pray which is called "Anjali Mudra"This Mudra takes you inwards releases stress immediately, and connects to the Divine, Anjali Mudra promote Focus and stimulates the Anahata chakra When we pray in this Mudra it connects the hemispheres of the brain and we connect to the inner source present in us which is responsible for making things happen. Anjali mudra is the position to show gratitude, universal connectivity.
if you want to practice this mudra daily, should sit on the chair with your spine straight,sukhasana, or any comfortable position close your eyes and take 10 deep breathe (deep breathe makes you centered and inward)then slowly bring your hands towards your heart chakra (Anahata chakra) and part your palms little making a cup or like lotus-bud As you join hands energy flows from points move to the center Heart. Repeat this process 3 times a day saying your prayer, Every time you bring your hands together, feel the two different aspects of your energy coming together in balance and harmony.
Doing this process Daily will make your prayers work, increase your intuitive ability and improves your Logic, increases devotion.
After performing the prayer, take 6 to 7 deep breaths, put your hand down on your thighs slowly detaching your fingers, relax for a minute and begin your yoga asana, meditation, or exercise.
