How To Protect Our Eyes For A High Usage Of Smartphones, Laptops And Computers

In our human body we have lots of body parts like hand, ears, e and all of them have equal and important role in a human body. They are the body parts which we are not take from others and every human being have their own body parts as we all know if someone’s body parts is not working well it’s called paralysed.

But now the thing is human body contain a body part with help of which we can see everything, everywhere around us which is called Eyes. Yes, off course we all know that but if we think about it if a human body without an eyes what type of functions it may be perform.

As we all know that at this time the usage of Smartphones, Laptops and Computers is increasing day by day. Due to Pandemic also work from home is also started and it can be so sure that it may be rise for next level in 5 to 10 years.  

The main reason of extra usage of these gadgets is all over the world people are sit at their home due to Corona Pandemic and they faces the issue of food, rents and mainly money.

At this situation there will be the only option is Online work, Work from Home and Online Earnings. Due this the usage of Smartphones and Laptops increase day by day. Now the point is with the huge usage of these gadgets our eyes is get highly effected.

If we have to save our eyes and work from them for a long term we have to take actions right from now. We can not do so many things but small efforts also create a big change.

These are the following steps if we do regularly it may helps us to protect from blue light and rays spread by Smartphones and Laptops.

1. We all know about Vitamin C its good for our body. Mainly it is very helpful to increase the power of our eyes and for our hair growth. So Amla contains Vitamin C. Early morning take 1 spoon of amla juice with warm water.

2. When we work on laptop or watch smartphones screen we should take a break of 3 to 5 minutes in between and give our eyes relaxation time.

3. Make daily routine to wake up early in the morning and go to park or greenfield and walk barefoot on green grasses. The reason behind this on green grasses fresh drops are found which peel off our feet and helps us to increase light of our eyesight.

4. Another wake up early routine is to splash water on the eyes helps us to increase eye sight power if we do on a regular basis and make habit of it.

5. We all eat vegetables and know the benefits of green vegetables so we need to eat vegetables full of Vitamin A like spinach, coriander and carrots etc.

6. Today we all uses android and apples smartphones which gives us so many features in which one is night mode feature which makes us so easy to automatically reduce strain on our eyes at night. So if you turn the feature on you may see your phone will automatically adjust screen settings according to time day and night.

7. We can do massage with oils like almond and olive oil around our eyes with the help of which blood follows very well and helps us to increase the eyesight.

So these are the few steps which surely helps to maintain the good health of our eyes. Its a responsibility of us to take care of our eyes with the help of which our eyesight remains with us life longer.
