Many a times such questions are asked in interview that one is not able to frame a perfect answer at once. One such question I'm going to discuss today with multiple answers to it. You can take help from here and frame your answer accordingly.
Q1. What are your biggest weaknesses? / How are you trying to overcome them? / How would you be able to deal in your job with such kind of problems?
Ans1: sometimes because of my helping nature i find it hard to say no to people even for the work which they can do it on their own. It's just as if they are just taking advantage of me. But for the past few years i have improvised myself and have learned to say no. But first I listen to the query of the person and if I find it genuine and possible that I can help in that matter only then I offer my help. I try my best to help the person.
Ans2: Sometimes, I take things too seriously. Few years ago, it was like if someone critcized me regarding anything , I used to think about it day and night and felt bad about myself and feel depressed. But as I came across many types of people and learnt about their behaviour, I was mature enough to understand that if whatever that person said is important, then I will definitely work on it and strive to be a better person, but if a person is just trying to seek pleasure by criticizing me, I have learnt to ignore it and maintain my calm. (This will show how maturely you'll handle matters in your job and will be counted as a plus point rather than being a weakness)
(You can also add some funny weaknesses just to lighten up the environment and yourself like it's hard for me to control my hunger)
#whatever you mention your weakness make sure that you also mention that how you have improved it or what you are doing to be better (as they always are interested in knowing how you will deal with it in your job ) which will show your positive attitude towards the situation#
