6. Addressing grievances: A good business always address the grievances and complaints of customers because it knows their value and the importance of a satisfied customer.
7. Problem solving : A good business always acts as a solution to some problem. It makes sure that every product it provides solves some problem.
8. Service motive : A good business works to provide better services to its customers and provides quality over quantity.
9. Creates a healthy work environment :  A good business focuses on creating a healthy work environment for its employees.
10. To aware customers : A good business focuses on sharing information with the customers to make them more aware of the market conditions around them.
11. To launch new products : A good business always tries to provide something new to the society and sets new trends.
12. To improve market share : A good business should focus on increasing their market shares to improve sales and get more profits.
13. To increase the number of customers :  A good business focuses on increasing its customers to grow.
