Many a times in our day to day live we often get to experience different types of moods and that makes us conclude that we are somehow experiencing a mood swing.
Mood swings are often experienced by pregnant women and others in special cases but today my topic is how to tackle these swings of mood experienced by us.
We often do not understand what to do when we experience a mood swing. For pregnant woman its the result of some hormonal changes so its quite obvious why they experience a mood swing. But one cannot help in those situations because you are bringing a new life into this world so there would be changes within you. That's very obvious.
But there are other cases when we suffer from mood swings and we cannot understand our mind's needs at those moments. What we experience at those times is not getting to concentrate on our usual work, not getting comfortable with ourselves, not having a calm a nd composed mood, often getting angry with others etc.
These are the normal things noticed when we are experiencing a swing. But apart from taking professional help what we can do is we can take a piece of paper or a diary and a pen and write our name or the name of some powerful word serially in the paper. We can go for this exercise for many pages. This is actually helping us to concentrate within ourselves. This is a wonderful exercise which can actually help you to get through the swing very nicely.
Then another way of getting rid of the swings is to ring the singing bowls. The singing bowls are available in the market and its a Tibetan worshipping prop. The best thing about the bowl is the enchanting and beautiful sound vibrations produced by it. This deep sound vibration being played for a long time can actually calm sown your mind and you can get into that cool and composed state of mind in a matter of some time.
There are different other ways of getting to good state of mind. Many of us discover our own ways of combatting these problems. But whatever be your way of getting rid of the mood swings , its always advisable to have a companion by your side and your family around to take care of you because at these stages we go to a vulnerable state of mind which we need to understand.
