Some words have a healing power. It have a ability to heal the wounds no matter how old is the scar. Such words go straight into your heart and erases all the pain and worries. A person who can solely put their heart into you, will be there for you at all ups and downs.
We see them everyday. Some of them would be very talkative all day long. Some others may be silent on the other hand. Some of them would be crazy and weird. I am telling this in their normal state. But what happens if one day that talkative person became silent all of a sudden without any visible reasons for a whole day?
Yes, I am talking about assurance. Its easy to stay with someone who is happy and to share their happiness. But the most challenging task is to stay beside them when they are at their lowest and to offer a shoulder to lean on. Not everyone is good in consoling people. But everyone can stay beside them holding handa to make sure to pick them up during their breakdown.
You don't have to say anything in particular. Just ask them whether they are happy or not. Ask them about the things that are bothering them. Tomorrow is unpredictable. We can't be sure of anything. Just ask them frequently and give the assurance that you will be there for them.
Most of us are like this, right? We keep things inside until one day it all reach to a point that cannot be controlled. Even I am like that. I keep fooling around people even if I'm burning inside. At that time, you just need one person, just one person to ask you whether you are okay or not. Thats where it all ends.
It may seem like they are happy with their life. But what they really need is someone to rely on. Someone to recognise them and pull them out of that misery. Someone to hug them tightly.
Kindness is free of cost. Just be kind to yourself and people around you. Afterall you don't have anything to loose. May be you can save a life. If you find something wrong in their behaviour, make sure to ask them thrice. It won't be easy to make them spit it out. After that, just sit there watching them cry. Its a lot better if you're not good in consoling people. Let them cry their heart out until they feel better.
