So let's start with today's article about blood detoxification or purification which is most needed factor we forget. We see the effects of blood impurities but often ignore it or don't think it to be a root cause.
So let's just know about -
human body is the most advanced system from god's creation . every function of our body is related to each other
to develop and destroy our body both depends in the way how we treat our body . what we intake and excrete out is the most important thing in our system
what we take healthy ,nutritious or unhealthy food . this all provide essential minerals to the body and this goes to every part with the help of blood.and these impurities in blood are the cause of certain disbalances in the body . Sometimes liver also doesn't purify blood properly and the toxic substances reach to different parts of body and triggers health issues . The main problem is triggered by hormones which cause disbalance in the puberty. Severe acne in teenage is the cause of blood impurities .
Some conditions of blood purification and maintenance of hormones can be controlled at home but some conditions needs to be consulted with dermatologist. And the main focus is driven on blood purification.
so if we are doing everything taking nutrition excreting , digesting properly but our body is not taking the enough intake and the results are not good enough .
so what is the other root cause?
obviously it's blood if the blood is not purified it will not show results for what we craving for
now a days pollution , stress , less fluid intake , no proper sanitation , cleaning body, unhealthy food , more salt , spice intake are the reasons of blood impurities which damages skin , body and other organs
externally cleaning body is not enough to keep all the functions proper it is necessary to keep the internal functions healthy and we'll balanced
1. have balanced diet taking proper amount of proteins , vitamins and minerals is necessary
2. rather depending on supplements try taking it from natural source
3. exercise is the best way to achieve our goal and keep body toxic free
4. fluids are must for body . drinking plenty of water helps a lot
5. meditation is the most important to keep your mind free from stress as this builds toxic and you can't be healthy without being mentally fit
These are the things we hear everywhere but it is necessary to implement them as small steps take you the big achievement so never miss .
1. fungul infection in the sensitive areas of body
2. lots of sweat and bad smell.
3. irritation, tired all day and feeling of stressed
4. severe acne and breakouts during teenage.
5. hair fall and dandruff.
this all can happen due to hormonal imbalances too as this disturbance in hormones leads to toxicity
this problems occur more frequently in teenages and it's solution is related to internal purification.
