Cant Stick To Weight Loss Diet? Check This

Hey all…

Hope you all are safe and doing great in this pandemic.

The very first thing that hits our mind when we get to know that  we will be having to work from home is Basically “A Diet..” A good diet( for a beginner )…

I also had the same idea and thought to start a balanced and healthy diet for say about a 21days initially. Then comes the list in mind and making a note on paper. I also thought of doing regular exercises. There are many videos, reels seen while surfing Instagram and had raised much positivity. I have also researched many healthy diets and found few of them as budget friendly and easy to follow. 

Generally, Weight loss doesn't start from the gyms but using all those machinery things , dumb bells , Instead it all starts with a decision that is taken in head. Loosing weight doesn't mean to stop eating eating. Loosing weight means burning certain some of calories. Many individuals are in a conception or living in any imagination that avoiding a meals for a day might help in loosing weight. There are also many cases where individual start their diet plan and look for immediate results and hangs between saying there is no results found. It is not that easy to burn weight just by assuming that we are doing and no results found. Reality and assuming has a lot of difference understand it and work accordingly.

Here Im mentioning the simple and healthier tips for the beginners which I have practically experienced. Try to follow this for 21 days and then see the results.

  1. Firstly, Never skip your meals, take a small amount of meals which is a must.
  2. Try to take a fruit or salad of your choice after every meal.
  3. Drinking  a glass full of water right 15min before you take your meal. This helps us to consume less food intake.
  4. Remove all the unhealthy foods especially the oily items and those food that are rich in fat content , Junk foods , alcohol, Chocolates.
  5. Try to store only the health foods at home .
  6. Don't sit with containers full of food instead use a smaller bolus
  7. Drink good amount of water every hour (such that it makes you pee for every half and hour to one hour so that all the toxins comes out in the form of toilet )
  8. Try to start doing exercises for about 30-60mins a day.
  9. Keep weighing yourself daily.
  10. Try to avoid the five white color items  that is Sugar, Salt , Rice ,  Maida  and dairy products
  11. Keep using mirror to measure the success.
  12.  Kick hard all the worries and troubles and be calm and to self.

Remember you have not gained all the weight together in one day, So you wont loose it in one single day. Results are seen over time not overnight. Have patience's and work on it regularly. Work hard, Be patient and stay consistent. If possible try to find a partner to support you in your weight loss journey. Always remember that you are eating for your body but not for the body you have. Remember Health is wealth, There is no big assert when you compare with health.
