10 Points - Helpful For Self-discipline

Hey guys! I hope you all are (maja ma). So, we all want success, we all

 want happiness, we all want freedom, we all want to earn a high income.

 We start working and planning for it. But! what happens? You plan, you

 decide that you will be working very hard from now and you will not stop

 despite of obstacles and all that promises. In the morning you get to

 know - You snoozed the alarm and went back to sleep. And no work is

 done, no promises fulfilled and it often happens on the first day. Sad?

 Depressing? Regret? 

Yes, I agree with you, It is stressful and regretful. I read a quote that keeps

 me motivated and makes me jump out of my bed. 

β€œSuffer the pain of discipline or regret choice is yours". 

Did you feel this motivating? If not then let us read some more amazing points and some tips: 

  1. Continuously ask yourself β€œwhich were the habits that could be started 10 years ago that may help” and start practicing them. 
     
  2. Discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most. 
     
  3. When discouraged remember that all struggles present opportunities that, given enough time, you can convert into successes or lessons that will aid you in other areas of your life
     
  4. When facing urges and fighting hard not to let them enslave you, remember that through letting go of them, you aren't losing something important; the freedom to be a master of your thoughts is worth more than any temporary gratification.
     
  5. It is easier to resist at the beginning than at the end. If you catch yourself putting off something unpleasant , act right away and deal with it now. the sooner you act the sooner you will be done. 
     
  6. It is better to practise a little than to talk a lot
     
  7. Bad man obey their lust as servant obey their masters. 
     
  8. Limiting the time available to complete a given task is one of the most powerful secrets of productive people and a powerful way to overcome procastination. 
     
  9. Strive to increase order and discipline in your life. Discipline usually means doing the opposite of what you feel like doing. 
     
  10. When in doubt , remind yourself that changes take time. What you now see as completely unrelated things can soon connect and form a beautiful picture.
