KHEER PAYASAM - Ingredients

RECIPE:
STEP 1 _ Pour 250ml of water and boil it
STEP 2 _ put a 100gm of roasted vermicelli in it. Then add three tablespoon of ghee.
STEP 3 _ Let it boil for two to three minutes after 40% to 50% cooked add half liter of milk.
STEP 4 _ Stir for seven to eight minutes once vermicelli fully cooked sim the flame.
STEP 5 _ Add 150gm of sugar stir continuously for thirty minutes after the vermicelli, milk, sugar, ghee fully mixed.
STEP 6 _ Add half a tablespoon of cardamom powder for flavor. After putting a cardamom powder leave it for 30 seconds then turn off the flame. Keep the mixture aside.
STEP 7 _ Take a fresh pan add a three tablespoon of ghee and heat it.
STEP 8 _ Add hand full of cashew nuts as per your preference. Keep the flame low roast it well.
STEP 9 _ Add dry grapes roast it well immediately turn off the flame.
STEP 10 _ Pour the roasted mixture in vermicelli mixture mix it well. If the mixture is so thick add half a cup of boiled milk plate in a bowl.
STEP 11 _ Add some pistachio and pomegranate as a toping if need.
And now its ready to serve 😋
