An expression that proves stress, thousands of enemies around the world. Many of us are always confused. Every small decision creates anxiety. Every small exchange creates STRESS. Nowadays, even children attending top teachers are facing it. Instead, you now have to try to find something that doesn't cause. How can I fight with it? How to relax and stay together for a while at a particular time of the day? These are the questions most of us ask ourselves. Sleep fights stress to some extent, but many people wake up tired in the morning. All due to accumulated it. Every day, a lot of  has become a billion dollar industry as new treatment plans and new methods are defined and purchased to combat. Let's go back to our ancestors. Did you feel stressed? They went hunting in the morning and returned in the evening to get a very peaceful sleep. why? Because they lived with nature. Can I try something like this? You can't really go into the jungle and stay there like your ancestors, so discover something from their presence that will help you fight it. The sun, the one who gives the lives of all of us. Without the sun, it wouldn't exist on our earth. And the sun is very punctual. It rises and unitizes it at the expected time. There are no alternative tunings that can delay your work. This is the splendor of the sun. Look at the sunset. After a tired day, take a seat and watch the sunset. The sun slowly rises and swallows us all at night. Slowly observe the changing colors of the sky, the flare of clouds, and the setting sun. Suddenly you will notice that the sun has set and the night has set. The sun will rise tomorrow. But tonight will give you enough to relax and amaze the mystery and beauty of nature. Watch the sunset and fight with it. It is bad because it prevents us from enjoying life. It prevents us from observing and enjoying flowers, butterflies, stars, and birds. It prevents us from spending a fulfilling time with friends and family. Fighting against it and lead a completely happy and relaxed life. Meditation also helps you to be relaxed and happy. Many people in my circle of friends think I'm a little crazy. I can't believe I'm just sitting there and thinking. Meditation continues to have a very positive impact on my life and my friends can ridicule everything they want.
