Today I will be talking about the most important topic of this century relates as health. It is very important nowadays , to keep aware about our health. It is the power of every human .
Health it is the state where a person is free from all the illness issues or any injury physically as well as mentally.
We all need a perfect health for that the main thing is the awareness about foods that we daily eats . If a peraon wants that he or she should have a perfect health than first of all use less oily things , it is a very big point because oil is the cause of unhealthy health. If a person is not taking a balanced diet than also he suffers a lot , so take balanced diet which includes,
This all are the required things that a body should have . Milk is the best way to fulfill this a milk contains vitamin, protiens, minerals, carbohydrate, water . If a person drinks milk then he should be able to goal a perfect healthy life.
Vitamin can be get from sunlight also , in a day you should be stand atleast 15 to 20 minutes in the sunlight which provide vitamin to your body.
Eat apple, banana, grapes which helps to give you roughage and carbohydrates to your body .
Minerals are the required component to your body it can get from everything the main thing is that you should eat proper food don't let diseases to attack on your body. Immunity is the most required thing to your body to keep healthy and if you wat proper diet than you can get this , but the main is the exercises you should do daily exercise to increase your immune system. Exercise help the children to fight again the new diseases that occurs in the childrens.
An unhealthy person is the person like a death . It can destroy your body so please be aware from now that a healthy life is important .
' Eat less live longer ' it is the best words that ever touched our heart , it is real and have a great sense in it .
So be healthy and happy running exercise and balanced diet.
