In the first two blogs I had tell you about culture, language and religions in india .
In these series of third part I will tell you about geographical view of india .
India as we know india has 28 states and 9 union territories. Before the division of jammu kashmir it had 29 states and 7 union territories .
The capital of India is Delhi before Delhi it was kolkatta but after it has change to the Delhi which considers the capital of India currently .
There are 28 states in india they all are -
States -
I tried to show you my viewers by making a proper table but it is not possible to make table in these little place .😓😓
So from these above you can see that India have 28 states.
Rajasthan holds the first position in area wise with the area of 3,42,239 km which is 10.41% of the India total area .
Madhya Pradesh Holds the second place with the area of 3,08,252 km which is 9.38% of the India total area .
Maharashtra holds third place with the area of 307713 km which is 9.36% of the India total area .
Goa is the smallest state with the area of only 3702 km which is 0.113 of the total India area.
In the AUGEST 2019 the Indian parliament decided to separate Jammu and Kashmir into the two different union territory Jammu Kashmir and ladakh which was put on in country on 31 October 2019.
If I talk with the population wise then the Uttar Pradesh Holds first position with the population of approximately 20 crore by 2011 census .
Sikkim holds the last position with only approximately 6 lakh by 2011 census.
Union territories :-
These are the 8 union territories of India .
I will not talk about detail for these because yeh India has yeh main source of states and the states Includea these all .
I will try to make a separate blog on these union territory after completing my series of 'India the country to be loved'.
