Once upon a time there was a village named Neelimalakkavu. It is surrounded by hills,fields and grooves.The people who lived there was very old,so superstition was high among the people. One morning as usual,Ramu Chettan's tea shop was full of dignitaries drinking tea and telling local stories. Ramu Chettan's tea shop can be described as the radio of the village because whatever happens in that village will be discussed in Ramu Chettan's shop.That morning as usual when everyone was talking about the local news,a bus came to the village and stopped there.At that time,there was only one bus to the village and most of the people used to travel by ox cart.A man, his wife and two children got off the bus and walk towards Ramu Chettan's tea shop. Everyone in the shop looked at them and no one knew who they were.They came to the shop and ordered each tea .Ramu Chettan gave them tea and asked,"who are you ? where are you coming from ?,I have not seen you here before ".He replied,my name is Gopan and I from Bombay. This is my wife sunanda and,this is my children Arya and Anand".He introduced everyone by drinking tea.Then Ramu Chettan asked "why did you came?".Gopan replied "I was working as the supervisor in a company in Bombay ".Now is my kids vacation time so I came to celebrate their vacation. Then Ramu Chettan asked ,"For what reason you come to this village?where are you living in kerala?". Gopan replied "My place is chittoor in palakkad district. Once someone told me about this place and natural beauty of this place. So I came here thinking that I should visit here and stay here for few days".Ramu chettan asked if he had said anything else about this village .Gopan said No.Then Gopan asked,"Is there are house suitable for living here ?".Ramu Chettan replied I don't know and Gopan asked what to do next? Ramu Chettan thought for a while and said that there was a man named Maniyan who rent out a houses to the people here.Gopan asked ,"where we can see him ?".Ramu Chettan pointed to the road and said ,"If you go a little further this way ,you will see a library there you can see Maniyan".Gopan ,his wife and children's thanked Ramu Chettan and walked along the path shown by Ramu Chettan. Village was Beautiful and Anandu and Arya loved the village very much. They were going to a country road with fields on the one side and mountains on other .On the way sunanda asked,"Do you have anything to do with this place? Why did the tea shop owner asked if he had said anything else about the village?". Ram was silent for a moment.
