As i was busy with my exams so i wasn't able to publish any post blog sorry for that but here I am back with the continuation of 8 unpleasant emotions of our life's….hope you like it.
So yeah today's topic is frustration well life is full of frustration in this modernization. We all feel minor irritation when something went different or bad.
Frustration is an emotion which appears when things don't work out for us. When some important things or goals are so much important to us that whenever we can't make it happen we succumb to frustration and become irritated ,annoyed and angry with little things Frustration is not a bad thing as it can be a useful indicator of the person's life which can also help us to make some changes to achieve our goals. But if this frustration increase into anger ,irritability, stress, resentment and at last we give up trying. Well we all have in once in a lifetime went all berserg on people near to us due to this frustration which is because we want to get rid of this feeling of frustration.
Frustration is physiologically associated with activation of the acute stress response (which is flight or fight response). High level of frustration can increase our heart rate , respiration and also affects our muscle activity in our body. Frustration is also mental health problem which we all deal with it differently .Well frustration can lead us to feel insecure which can make us feel unable to achieve and fulfill the needs. Which will in long term results into feel dejected and also to lose confidence in our selves. Frustration is also result of parenting as when people who have hard time experiencing frustration are people who were brought up with parents who are protective and never have let their child feel sadness or disappointment or any negative feelings. When things come to people easily or early in life, then people tend to have less or no experiences of frustration. As a result of this as we age, when we get this new and different feeling or experiences feel more difficult to acknowledge and as people who are first to this has a hard time dealing with frustration.
Regardless, it is important to learn how to handle difficult situation and frustration for a mental peace and health.
