Days That You Haven't Been And The Days You Have Been Good Enough!

Everybody tries to see and feel good in everyone and everything else but when our emotions change slightly, we act different. This is because we always expect good things which is infectious for our mental health. 

Most of us have been through the hardest days of our life atleast for once. What was the feeling you had in those days? I know it feels like hell. We prefer to remain quite, alone and spend time with ourselves though we crave for that one person who could make us smile and gets our energy back. I say, that crave is the worst one than your toughest days because our emotions, actions etc should never rely on somebody else's presence or actions. It is we who are supposed to make ourselves happy. It is our thoughts which is supposed to bring our energy back. 

Our values and metrics are the most important aspects during the days we don't feel good enough. “That crave” is our metrics and “that person” is our value. Replacement of these with with self- love and satisfaction could be much better than you think. The days where we feel more energised can also affect us negatively sometimes because when we are enthusiastic, we are likely to do all those things that make us happy and also those activities that have side effects. This must be stopped. 

It is our responsible to control ourselves. If not us, who else will? Controlling our heightened emotions avoid us to step into hard days. Not just emotions causes bad days but also our stress, fear, responsibility (more than needed), not able to meet friends, not having ‘me time’ can be the causes. How to be optimistic despite of all those mood swings? It's simple. You just have to know that ‘its completely ok’ to feel that way sometimes. 

Our generation have been through those days and that is normal. People may do sarcasm and criticise about those feelings but at the end of the day it is our life. It is our responsibility to stay calm in all situations and feel that it is completely fine to breakdown sometimes. Yes, it is fine because our body, mind needs rest. 

Never take anything personally. No one cares. Even during those toughest days, its you who should support yourself, no one else will. Remember that those days too will pass and you will get back to where you were happy and contented. Do not stop. Do not stay. Move. Life is indeed offering several opportunities worth living it.
