Some Healthy Snacks For Cravings

Hello readers,

I hope you all are well and doing great. Welcome to a new blog. As you already have read the title, I am going to share some snacks to eat when you crave for something yummy and healthy. I will be sharing two recipes with you all. 

Spinach Wraps- 

The required ingredients to make spinach wraps are- 

Spinach puree- ½ cup 

Wheat flour- 1 cup 

Chopped green chillies

Cottage cheese- 150 grams 

Chopped onion, tomato, green coriander leaves 

Garam masala

Chaat masala

Tomato sauce

Salt 

How to make- First of all, we have to prepare the dough. For this, take a bowl and add wheat flour, spinach puree, green chillies salt. Knead a dough and use some oil as well. You can also use water if required. Now put it aside.

To make the stuffing, take another bowl and add grated cheese, chillies, onion, tomato, coriander, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and tomato sauce. Now the filling is ready. 

Take the dough and roll out the parathas. Cook them evenly. Now place the prepared filling on it and make a roll. You can also apply some mint chutney if you like. 

The spinach wraps are ready to sarve. Enjoy with tomato sauce.

The second recipe is dal chilla. An easy, simple recipe with lots of taste and the goodness of pulse. You will the following to make it- 

Soaked moong dal- 1 cup 

Chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, chillies, coriander leaves

Gram flour- ½ cup 

Rice flour- 5 teaspoon 

Salt- as per your taste

Follow the given procedure to make the chillas- 

Take a grinding jar and grind the soaked moong dal. Now take a bowl and add all the given ingredients in it. Now give it a good mix. Place a tawa on the gas stove and heat it. Now take a portion of the batter and make the chilla. Use some oil to cook it properly and make it crisp. Cook it from both the sides. Repeat the process with rest of the batter as well. You can serve it with any chutney or sauce according to your preference.
