Nutty Balls- A Must Try Festive Recipe

Hello readers

I hope you all are doing fine. In this blog, I am going to share a delicious recipe with you all. It is the festive season so I recommend you to try this. Most of people avoid sugar due to many health issues or calories intake so here is an alternate sugar free recipe- Nutty balls. Dry fruits are beneficial in many ways. They are rich in vitamins and protein. Dry fruits also help in preventing lifestyle diseases and boosts immunity as they are full of essential oils. They have low amount of carbohydrates and fats. Dry fruits are good for skin also. Nuts like almond and cashew are known for preventing breast cancer because they are rich in antioxidants. Walnuts are rich in omega- 3 fatty acids. Dates have high amount of digestive fibers. It helps in keeping the stomach full for a long time. Pistachios are also known for the same function and it also helps in lowering the level of bad cholesterol in the body and prevents diabetes also. So consuming dry fruits in the required quantity can be very helpful in maintaining our overall health.

So let's start the recipe. The ingredients that you need to make these delicious sugar free nutty balls are- 

Two hundred grams of dates, desi ghee- two teaspoon, nuts- cashew nuts, almond, pistachios, walnuts two cups in all and one teaspoon of cardamom powder.

Method to make- Take all the dry fruits and chop them finely. Now roast them just a little. Take out the seeds from the dates and chop them too. Now heat a pan and add chopped dates and desi ghee in it. Cook it on low flame by continuously stirring it. When the dates start to get soft, add the roasted nuts and cardamom powder. Turn the flame off. Now take some mixture in your hands and make a round ball. Do the same with rest of the mixture. Now the sugar free nutty balls are ready to serve. Enjoy!
