#Maharashtrian Green chili Chutney.
Hi Friends …This is Sushilkumar today we are going to see one of the special Indian Regional Spicy Chutney recipes which are prepared with Green Chillies, Garlic, Peanuts, Salt and etc. The ingredients are normally available in everybody's house.
This recipe is mainly prepared in the Maharashtra State of India & in a very short time, it is very famous all over India just because of its unique taste and versatility with every Veg and Non-Veg Food. You can eat this only with Paratha, Bajra Roti, Millet Roti(Javaar Roti) with one spoon of peanut oil and onion. It will taste very nice and will remember you of the taste of Indian Village Food and Farmer daily cooking.
This spicy and tasty side dish recipe is the main food item of Indian Farmer and Villagers & after some years it takes its place in every Indian house all over India whether it is Urban, Rural, Metro Politan City. This recipe is very simple to make and everyone can do this with very minimum ingredients & you can store it for two days. Indian Traditional recipes and chutneys found by their minimum need yet it is very tasty and famous in all over the world.

👨🍳Ingredients Fixings.
Green chillies 100gms.
Peanuts 75gms
Cumin seeds 2tsp
Sea salt 1tsp
Garlic pods 7 to 8 pieces
Lemon juice ½Lime. (Optional)

🍽👨🍳Cooking Method.
First of all heating oil, Preferably in a cast iron pan. After the oil has heated up add cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds have turned a crispy brown then add your Peanuts. Fry the peanuts till they turn brownish. Next roughly crush some garlic pods and add this to your pan, now saute for 5-10 minutes then mix should cook well. Let the mix cool down and then add the sea salt as per taste. Then squeeze half of the lime juice if you like. Give a whizz in your mixer making sure you just coarsely grind.it is best if you use the traditional Patta Silbatta(In Marathi language KhalBatta).
After that sprinkal some fine cutting coriander leaves on our Spicy Green Chilli Thecha/Chutney & have fun with it.Some food items are the Icon of the Indian cousine and Green Chilli Thecha/Chatney is one of them. One true Maharashtrian person cant live without these food items or side dishes.

Best eat with Bajra or Millet roti and have one spoon of desi Ghee on your roti with one Big Summer Onion.You can eat this at any time of the day whenever you are hungry or creving for spicy food/chilli.
