☺️ Hii Guys,
The fact that I am able to write a blog and post using internet is in itself an act of privilege I guess if someone had told me so in my childhood. Those were the days when we used to go to internet cafes(those charging on hourly basis) for our basic school projects.
I was stunned to see small kids using Google maps and internet for small & basic information nowadays. Our go to thing was people for any information and to the get address right.
Funny but maybe that's the reason today's generation lack the interpersonal communication skills that we didn't even thought would be a problem for us anytime, bcoz we used to go to people for solutions and had a healthy conversation rather than sitting in front of gadgets the whole day.
Technology is useful no doubt but living the life like 90s kids is altogether an awesome experience that kids nowadays are missing.
We used to plan the playing timings in advance because we didn't had mobile phones to call and confirm the timings with our friends. The birthday parties used to be so much fun because we had to click photos using the cameras with the roll( and trust me u can't afford to waste the rolls). Those picnics on the terrace and playing games was a altogether a different experience.Try playing Lagori/pitthu, Bombay Bombay stop,Musical chair, Antakshari,Lock & key, hide n sick,UNO,pinki Pinki what colour, knock knock … the list goes on & on….
Last night we were playing cards and somehow the topic landed on the 90s days.. and we had not run out of words sharing the experiences with each other. In the end since it was late at night we ran out of time but not out of stories which took us down to the memory lane. A great dose of nostalgia. That time we promised each other to leave our phones away and to talk to each other in best best possible way n when our busy schedules permit.
We used to enjoy the sceneries while a travelling by train and not used to just play candycrush on mobile phones.
Thank god I was born in 90s:-)🧿
P.S. Just sit with your elder brother/Sister and talk abt the experience of 90s … Trust me they won't get tired sharing so anytime soon❤️❤️❤️
This is my first blog friends.. show some love and share your stories of 90s with me by commenting☺️
