Weight loss is a frequently used word these days. Everyone wants to lose weight. Everyone should be healthy and fit. Make this lock down productive by taking care of yourself. Be it health or mind. Losing weight is not so easy. Because we are not consistent about our diet and exercises. If somehow we managed to do things everyday after some day we get demotivated and ruin the habit.
Let's get to the point. Here I will suggest some basic routine which helps you in your weight loss journey.
It will not burn your fats or melt them. Remember, diet and exercise is the key.
But if you have gastric or acidity problem you should avoid it. You may add a little lemon juice.
2. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has lots of benefits. But here will discuss about the consumption. Drink apple cider vinegar 30 minutes before lunch. Add a 5ml apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink it. Don't exceed the limit. It is very acidic which may harm the inner lining of the stomach. You can drink it after dinner.
3. Green tea
Green tea helps in weight loss, healthy skin, type two diabetes and detox the body. It is rich in antioxidants. Drink a cup of green tea in the morning. Avoid drinking tea after 5 pm.
4. Water
Drink a lot of water throughout the day. When you work out the fluid percentage of the body decreases. Drinking water hydrates and detox the body.
Drink a glass of water before meal. You feel a little full and eat less.
5. Use a small spoon to eat. Try to eat more veggies and fruit. Eat small, small portion of food.
6. Detox water
Detox water is best in summer. Use cucumber, ginger, orange, mint leaves, lemon. Put all the ingredients in a jar, put it over night and drink it throughout the day.
7. Avoid packaged food. Eat nuts, fruits.
The above mentioned will only help you when you have a good diet plan and a consistent workout routine. You can't get results only drinking green tea and warm water with lemon. So let's get fit and healthy together.
