Who doesn't want to lose belly fat? Well, here are some “tips” which you can try out if you are a beginner. 

We all know that there is no spot fat reduction method and we need to maintain a calorie deficit.

Diet- While diet is one of the most important aspect of losing weight, many people tend to overburden themselves with rigorous diet plans, killing their motivation. People need to understand that home-cooked food is actually very healthy with addition of some protein and reduction of 1 or 2 chapatis. There's no harm in eating parantha or chhole bhature if you want to. Keep it simple and don't eat too less or too much.

Try doing cardio after weight training: This for me has personally showed me tremendous results, as i am fresh during the start of the workout and after I finish my weight training I progress with cardio which wrings out every ounce of energy i had in me. You can try searching it online as it might show some results for studies on this tip.

Increase your protein intake: our body uses up not only glycogen and stored fats, but also amino acids for providing energy to the body if our body is suffering from calorie deficit. Amino acid is responsible for muscle growth and repair so as to make sure we don't suffer from muscle loss we should increase our protein intake.

Never skip Weight Training and Cardio: one complements the other, weight training also burns calories by breaking down of our muscles. Only doing cardio will not only cause loss of muscle but will also hamper your target of losing fat. 

Don't over-workout: 3-5 times a week is enough. Try adding HIIT(high intensity interval training) once a week. Best workout for beginners can be as follows:

WEEK 1- Full-body workout for 3 days and cardio after the workout on the same day or a day after the workout.

WEEK 2- Upper body, Lower body and rest. 4 times a week and 3 days for rest.

WEEK 3- Start the push, pull and legs regime, if you don't have access to gym, use bag-pack or design your own workout program from online.

Wait for a month for results.

Well, I gained weight during the lockdown and i tried these tips after some research on youtube and websites. Let me know if you think these tips worked out.
