Losing abdominal fat or belly fat is a common weight loss goal.Having some fat in your body is normal.But excess visceral fat may cause severe health problems and may lead to heart diseases.Most of the people are trying to burn the abdominal fat .But they give up from the middle of the weight loss journey.So here is some tips and tricks to reduce the abdominal fat .These tips are also used for weight reduction.Only you can do is follow the tips atleast 7 days for see a noticable change in your body. 

Drink water 

Water is an essential factor that reduces fat content in our body. Most of our metabolic processes takes place in the presence of water. Water helps in the digestion of food and helps to burn more calories.Especially drinking hot water can melt the fat in the body.Drink atleast 8 glass of water in a day.Water can hydrate our body.More hydration less fat. Drinking water can reduce overall calorie intake.

Give up Sugar 

Sugar is an important thing in a humam life.Sugar is present in every foods.But sugar can cause weight gaining. Going on a low or no sugar diet helps in weight loss.So use sugar free foods and drinks in your diet .It can help you to reduce your belly fat.So giving up sugar is important in belly fat burning.

Drumstick leaf 

Drumstick leaf or moringa leaves are rich in vitamin , minerals and antioxidants. Moringa leaves are also contains vitamin A,B1,B2,B6,C and folate.Theyvalso contain magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron and phosphorus.It is  very helpful in weight loss journey.Drinking juice of drum stick leaf with lemon and honey helps in fat burning.Also improves your heart health.

Chia seed water 

Drinking chia seed water before breakfast helps in decrease the fat content.Soak chia seed in hot water, stir well and add a half lemon squeeze.Drink half an hour before breakfast. People which are already using medications for other disease do avoid the use of chia seed.It may cause severe allergic problems.

Work-out

Not only by food limiting but also doing exercises can also helps in fat burning.A morning or evening workout session following the diet chart may fast your weight loss journey.Doing exercise daily can even makes you energetic and healthier.

The most effective exercise for fat burning is crunches.Crunches rank top when we talk about fat burning.So doing atleast 100 crunches per day  can help in fat burning.
