Things Which You Should Include In Your Daily Regimen👇👇..

Hey guys!! so all we want to stay healthy and happy always . That's my today's topic about what you should include in your daily routine that will make you internally happy and healthy.

  1. We should start our day with the good vibes and that comes up when you rise up early see the sunrise with your eyes that gives us the positive vibes to start a new day with full power and excitement for coming opportunities in your life.
  2. After rising up you should firstly analyze for while about one's own body and then after the evacuation of excreta, oral hygiene should be attended which includes cleaning of the teeth with the herbal toothpaste, who wants better results can use herbal brushes also. You should be aware of that your paste should contain some of sweet, sour and salty flavours only then it is okk for you. Brushing can eliminate the indigestion, vomitting, asthma, cough, fever etc.

3. After brushing one should apply the oil massage on body . It can give you better result in having clarity of vision, longevity, good sleep, good skin and sturdy physique. It should be particularly practiced upon head, ears and soles. It gives a kind of elasticity.

4. After massaging one should go for exercise thats a good start for a day. It's simply renders the body light and efficient in activities, improves digestive power, wanes obesity, renders finely chiseled contours and consistent body structure.

5. After doing exercise one should take bath. Here I wanna say that pouring the warm water below the neck while bathing renders strength of the body.  However if poured over the head it is detrimental to the eyes and hair. In other ways bath is kindles digestion, provides health, longevity, enhances sexual drive, energy and strength to the body. It tackles itching, dirt, fatigue, sweat, lethargy, thirst, burning feel, Ill feeling.

6. After here we should go for food intake. Food should only taken when previous food is digested. The food which you are taking in should be wholesome and in moderate quantity. The natural urges by one should not be suppressed. Make sure the food we are intakes should have all the flavours .

7. In daily life we should include some kind of equivalence with all the kind of organism . We should try them loving out. Oneness towards the small creatures like worms and ants. One should lend as much as possible to the poor, sick and mentally distressed ones. In your daily life you should respect your scholars, fellows,old ones , guests.

8. Always trying talking on a relevant matter and talk in a pleasing and attractive way without giving chances for raising expostulation. The way you talk should magnetize others. Always remain pleasant with good conduct and compassion for everyone. Share the enjoyments of your life with others this will give you a real happiness .

Etiquette

9. Enemies are the best part of our life the are truly the ones which helps you to grow up keep competing , so one should never insult your enemy you should be humble and respectful towards him.

10. One who is skilled in pleasing others should develop the ability to have a positive insight into their ways of thinking and deal accordingly so that they can became happy.
