A morning walk helps the person to remain healthy and active. It is light exercise with no expertise needed. It is good for both the young and the old people. It trefreshes our mind and makes us fit. We must regularly go for morning walk. I get up at five โOโ clock in the morning and go out for a walk regularly. My friend Rima also goes with me. We often go to the park near our house. The morning time is very pleasant. We get immense pleasure seeing the picturesque beauty on the way. The fresh air gives us a good amount of energy. We take a stroll on the green grassy laws. It is wonderful to see the dew drops on the green grass which give an appearance of pearls. The chirping of birds makes out heart cool. Their songs add to the beauty of nature. The fresh air from the surrounding areas is spellbinding. The waves of the running water in the middle of the park is a fantastic view. Don't talk, but walk!
It is a famous saying โEarly to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise'. The great advantage of early rising is the good start to the day. The early riser finishes a large amount of work earlier than other men who get out of bed late. In the early morning, the mind remains fresh and there are no disturbances. People can think in a much better way in the morning than during other times of the day. An early riser also gets some time to do some exercises in the morning as it gives a person a lot of energy and keeps him healthy. If one has to succeed in life, one must get up early in the morning.In spite of the fact that there are great advantages of early rising, most of us do get up early in the morning. Life has become hectic and people return from their work late at night. As they go to sleep late, they are not able to get up early. But I. spite of this people should try to be early risers as early to bed and early to rise would help them to successful in life.
