Hello writers & readers, How are you all? I hope each one of you must be doing great in your life. I am Vibhu & in today's health blog I am going to discuss or rather share My Personal Experience about waking up early in the morning.
See we hear this regularly in our life that ‘You need to wake up early & it offers you a lot of benefits', which is definitely true. But the problem here is we are not habitual of it, we haven't experienced it thoroughly that's why we feel what is wrong in waking up a little late? & this is how our mind bluffs with us. I know many of us experiences this “bluff” regularly in the morning when our alarm rings. Am I right?
Benefits of Waking Up Early :
There are a lot of scientific benefits of waking up early that you can read and know about on the internet. But here I am going to tell you only those what I experienced during a period of 21 days since when I started waking up early.
My Experiences :
Everyday, I experience that I am having a little extra time at the end in which I can do some extra stuffs like following my hobbies of writing blogs, social media, digital art making, writing poems & making videos etc.
In the morning I felt environment to be cool, calm & supportive for any kind of creative work, learning exercises & making plans for the day. Usually I used to do that during day & always ends up doing nothing as there was not much time left to do all of that properly.
Having more time now, I started practising Yogas, Pranayams & some other activities for Mental & Physical health. Doing these provides me a fresh, energetic & enthusiastic start of the day everyday.
Having more than 70-80% of the time everyday also encouraged me to try & learn some new skills & explore some new areas of work other than studies. Which also keeps me motivated.
Scientific Benefits :
Waking up early provides you fresh air & more amount of oxygen to breathe.
Lesser chances of developing chronic disorders & inflammation in body.
Increase in Immunity of the body & memory power of the brain.
Some studies shows waking up early also increases life expectancy.
Waking up early makes you more efficient at work.
Reduces chances of heart attacks, obesity & high blood pressure.
How to wake up early in the morning?
First of all set a target for yourself, say for example : If you have exams coming after 4 months, then set a target to finish one to two books in one month anyhow according to your work & need.
Develop some extra habits like hobbies, art, craft, writing or anything and do it with passion. To do so you would definitely need some extra time that would motivate you to get up early.
Try not to sleep during daytime. This is the biggest mistake, if you still want to sleep do that only for one hours not more than that. So that you may sleep early during night.
Try to practice Yog-Nidra Guided meditation for fast & sound sleep. I am still following it regularly & having splendid results. I will definitely write a blog about Yog Nidra soon.
Also if keep a note under your alarm clock or in your mobile phone that “you have to wake up now”, “you are on a mission”, “don't sleep now” etc so that whenever you see that in morning you get a remainder.
