The sense organs like our eyes, ear, nose, tongue & skin are mainly responsible for the perception of major stimulus from environment & then send them through neurons to our brain which stores, processes & responds accordingly.
Yes, you must have observed that bad memories last a little longer than the good memories. It is because in bad times our body struggles a lot, it hustles through it, find paths to overcome it that is why our senses and their memories are more stronger & hence last longer in our brain.
We all know that bad impressions or memories creates negative psychological effects on us & decreases our mental health. That's why it is always advised not to hold up on any bad feeling for longer. Also Here I am listing some of the effects so that you can understand it well :
It is a method in which you fill up your mind with good, positive & cheerful thoughts. Or in another case you just erase your bad memories & replace them with good ones.
01. Find your passion : Research about your passion more and more. There are always better chances of delivering something in a better ways. Try to find out that.
02. Be Competitive : Try to be competitive. It not only makes you mentally strong but also creates a sense of achievement whenever you conqueor something & thus keeps you away from negativity.
03. Explore New Things : Seeing & exploring new things creates new memories and helps you eradicate the older ones or the bad ones.
04. Be Vocal : Yes, The main reason why bad memories overcomes anyone is due to lack of being vocal. When you talk about your issues, problems, disturbances then it will reduce itself. So don't hide them. Talk to you friends, family & closed ones.
05. Be Creative : Creativity opens up the new channels in our brains & lets new thoughts enter easily. Therefore try to follow some creative works like Blogging, Vlogging, Painting, Music or DIY stuffs, whatever you like.
06. Live A Healthy Lifestyle : Living a disciplined and healthy life also promotes happy chemicals that supports and guides you in positive direction.
Also always believe in yourself that no issue or no negative thought is greater than your life. So always think that everything is just what you want them to be.
Bad memories should be converted into experiences rather than troubles for future.
