These can be added to whole, powdered, fried or chopped foods. Sometimes used as a cosmetic to enhance the metabolic appearance of food, and often as a medicine mixed with food.

• The iron in red chillies increases the production of hemoglobin. Iron provides energy to get the required amount of oxygen throughout the body. Thereby reducing the chances of cognitive disorders as well.

Dry ginger is one of the spices used in the kitchen. This dry ginger is also used in Ayurvedic medicine. By consuming this you can get rid of many diseases.

Medicinal properties

• With a little dry ginger, chewing a betel leaf will remove the gas.

•  Dry ginger, put neem leaves and drink the infusion, the initial argument is cured.  

• Sprinkle a little water on the scalp, grind it into a paste and apply it on the forehead to get rid of the Headache.

Pepper

Before the advent of chili in the diet, our ancestors used to use pepper for alkaline taste in our country. Pepper has a role to play in increasing the activity of the lungs, colds, lungs and digestive organs.

Pepper, which is regularly placed in pantry boxes, is added to many vegetarian dishes, including rasam, sambar, and tamarind. It not only adds flavor to food but also cures various ailments.

• If you add honey or palm sugar with pepper, the cough will stop immediately.

• Five peppercorns with ten basil leaves, add 200 ml of water, boil and drink it to get rid of colds.

•  People suffering from asthma are advised to chew five peppers daily.
