Yummy Egg Pulao Recipe

Hi viewers, if you love eggs and want to make a special dish with egg then let's do it now. My style is effortless. It doesn't take much time either. You can also make this recipe with leftover rice.

This recipe comes in handy when you have guests at home. And it is most suitable for bachelors and working people.

Tips:-
Basmati Rice:
I used one cup.. that is 150 grams of basmati rice. You can also use Sona Mussoorie Rice.

Soak the rice for an hour to make the rice soft. Add a tablespoon of salt to boiling water. Cook it till 90%, drain the water, spread the rice on a plate, and let it cool. Then you will get fluffy rice.

Ghee:
I used ghee for the pulao to get a nice aroma, but if you want, you can use oil or mix and use both ghee and oil. as per your requirement. 

While ghee is high in fat, it is rich in omega-3. Omega 3 fatty acids promote cardiovascular health. Studies show that people who eat a spoonful of ghee daily have lower serum cholesterol levels and a lower incidence of coronary artery disease.

Onions:
To get the best taste of the pulao, fry the onion in slices until golden.

And.. you can add salt and spices according to your taste.

Ingredients:-
5 boiled eggs,2 tablespoons of ghee,1 tsp- black cumin
1 -biryani leaf,
4- cardamoms
4 -cloves
Onion is finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chilli slices
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cup cooked rice (110 g)
Chopped green coriander - a little
Chopped mint leaves - a little

Instructions:-
Melt ghee and add black cumin seeds, biryani leaves, cardamom, and cloves, and fry it.
Add finely chopped onions and fry until golden.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, chilies, and garam masala and fry well.
Add the boiled eggs and fry until the top layer of the egg turns golden.
Once the eggs are fried add the cooked rice, chopped coriander, and mint leaves and toss on high flame. This pulao is delicious even after cooling.
