Hi everyone today I am back with another post on an amazing topic that is how to be more productive? We all have this problem of procrastination and  we often question ourselves on our productivity. Productivity doesn't means working for long hours but it means that even if you work for one hour a day how effectively you are able to utilise it. Now let's discuss some ways which can help all of us to be more productive.

Let's begin.

1.Make a daily routine

It's really important to have a daily routine from morning to evening because when you set a time for literally everything you do, you just can't think about wasting it or procrastinating your work. Try to start your day with some good productive activity like exercising, reading, meditating etc. Try to take out at least half an hour in a day to introspect and analyze your growth. If you follow a daily schedule everyday you will notice that your stress and anxiety levels also go down because you won't be feeling anxious about your work being incomplete. Try to prioritize your everyday tasks like if you are student then studying and playing are important for you so you can give them more time than any other activity.

2.Take proper sleep

In your daily schedule the most important thing you need to schedule is your sleeping time. Try to get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday to be more effective and motivated at work. Don't follow any stupid influencer who advices to sleep only for 2 or 4 hours. Sleeping well is really important for your health so never compromise with it.

3.Hydrate yourself

Do you know water can help you to concentrate better ? Yes, it is true water is a magical drink, it helps your brain think faster and generate some good ideas. Water also helps you to focus on your work better.

4.Take small breaks

Taking small breaks is really important , it helps you to stay more productive on work. Try to follow the 80-20 principle which says for every 80 minutes you work take a 20 minute break after it. But, remember this break should not exceed 20 minutes because then you may feel lazy and demotivated to work.

I hope this post helps you create some small changes in your life and you become more productive. Please like, share and follow for more.

Thank you. Have a nice day.
