Some Basic Routine Tips You Should Follow. (According To Ayurveda)

  1. Starting with brushing our teeth properly.
  2. After waking up drink 1 to 2 glass full of boiled water slowly i.e. like doing sip-sip. Drink as much as you can like (1 to 2 ) glass, after the passing days push your limits of drinking water until it reach to 1-1/4 liter. Have your breakfast within three hours of sun rise. (and have your breakfast as much as you can have) .
  3. After breakfast, it’s time to have your lunch. But, the quantity of you lunch should be 1/3rd less of your breakfast. (and your dinner should be 1/3rd less of your lunch).
  4. And after having your lunch take a nap of 20 to 40sec. (While taking sleep your face and whole body should be facing right side).
  5. Before going to bed have boiled milk with some turmeric in it, after brushing your teeth properly .
  6. Remember, your head should be at east direction while sleeping and at south while having sex.                                                                    Remark1- Never drink water after having your food. It’s like having poison. You can drink water before half an hour before and one and a half hour after having the food. Yes you can add any substitute in place of water like you can take sweet lemon juice after having your breakfast, Indian chach after having your lunch or (Lassi if you don’t have any heart related problems).

Remark2- Never use water from refrigerator, instead of that you can use mud put (matka).

Remark3- Try to have your dinner before sunset because according Ayurveda after the sun set your digestive system become less efficient.

Remark4- Just minimize the use of your refrigerator in your daily life because it uses unnatural process to preserve food (Also it is very harmful for our nature ). Also, minimize the use of microwave oven, pressure cooker and aluminum made utensils because.(because use very unnatural process to cook or bake food)

Remark4- 1.Never use refined oil instead you can use oil made with natural process.

                   2.Never use sugar instead of that you can use jaggery (gur).

                   3.Never use salt with high iodine content, instead… you can use Himalayan salt (sendha namak).  

Remark5- Never indulge your self in any addiction. Even you should not take tea, coffee, non-veg and market dairy products, instead… you can contact your local dairy products vendor to provide you with good quality of dairy products.

Great... I try to follow these... Thanks for these tips.. I will definately follow... "Himalayan salt (sendha namak)., not to eat after 6 o clock... Superb...
