Make sure you should not have fruit juices, oily food, buttermilk (CHACH) and anything which taste’s sour.

Studying in very high or very loo brightness can also affect your eyesight.
Watching excessive of screen (television, phone, laptop, computer, etc) can also affect your eyesight.
Excessive intake of heavy spices is not good for health.
Walking or running in heavy sunlight is also bad for health, or if it is necessary so you can run while tying any cloth on your head and cover your ears.
Patients should always drink boiled or lukewarm water.
Patients should always be prevented from sold wind, workout and anger. (it can affect fast recovery).
In case of burning, the affected portion of the body should be dipped in cold water.
Patients should avoid having oily foods and cream (GHEE) for fast recovery.
In case of constipation, always go to the toilet early in the morning not at night.
These are some points which can help you to be disease free and to fight with any disease. These measures were adopted by our early ancestors, that's why their life span was also very long.
