Now, You Can Get Rid Of Obesity With The Help Of Ayurveda.

Today our generation is facing one common problem of obesity. So, now I will tell you some of the remedy and precautions which will help you to get rid of this problem and these remedies are from Ayurveda, and I can bet on this that if you follow the remedy and precautions properly you will definitely get rid of this problem. Also, these remedies are personally tested. And I will not suggest you any pills or anything which is harmful for your body.

Water- If you don’t know, the way of drinking water plays vital role in reducing fatness. According to Ayurveda, we should never drink water just after having our food (it causes bloating of stomach, which gives birth to many diseases), now you will ask “so when we should drink thee water?”, so you can drink water one and half an hour after having your food. 

Now, we’ll focus on the way of drinking water. 

So, many of us in fact every one of us drink full glass of water in a single go. But it’ totally wrong. In Ayurveda it is mentioned, drinking full glass of water in single go is just like having poison, this gives birth to many chronic diseases like (appendicitis, hydrocele and many more). The proper way of drinking water is drinking it just like we drink tea or coffee i.e. taking sip wait for a while then take another sip slowly-slowly. I know it sounds weird. But Ayurveda guarantees you that if you drink water in this way you will never face the problem of obesity, over bloating and fatness. Also, this way of drinking water helps you to maintain you weight according to your height

Now, you will ask that if we don’t get result then? So, I would suggest that first you try it for 6 to 7 months, you’ll will lose at least 10 kg weight. Understand one thing that fatness doesn’t come overnight, it takes time. Similarly, to remove fatness you should wait for some time. This is the law of nature. If you go against this low or follow unnatural way like intake of pills and allopathic medicine, it will definitely help you for some extent but one day it will definitely give you trouble.

Now you’ll ask that if this way of drinking of water leads to inappropriate amount of weight loss, then? As I told you this way of drinking water helps you to maintain your weight according to height. So, it is not a major concern. Just go for it.

Also, if you follow this way of drinking water you will notice if you have pain in your knees, within 1 days it will reduce to 25% (guaranteed), not only knee pain but also heel pain and joint pain will reduce to 0% within 7 days of use. Also, those who face headache and anxiety in morning after waking up, this way of drinking water will heal this problem also.

Let us recall,

  1. We should not dink water just after having our food.
  2. We should drink water after one and half an hour of having food.
  3. Always drink water like we drink tea or coffee i.e. taking one sip wait for a while and then take another sip.

Remark- Never drink water while standing (this will lead to knees pain), always drink water while sitting on any plane surface.
