Lately i have been very lazy and irritated especially that i am in a search of an internship and a job as well, but where i come from its kind of difficult as the my subject has not been flourished so well. So amid all of this i am struggling to get what i want but without any money. So my life has been a little out of order. But one thing that makes you different from anyone else is the way you see life and the way you overcome your problems. There are a lot of different ways one can do that depending on the problem, i will just talk about the things that fixed my problems or at least made me believe that they can be fixed in short time someday.
Plan your day the night before : planning your day the night before is an incredibly popular productivity strategy. this not only helps in getting things together but also encourages us to do something the next morning. Getting everything ready for the next morning takes a lot of burden away and makes the next morning stress free. Things seem simpler when everything is planned and organized.
If something takes five or less minutes, just do it: if you can take less than or 5 minutes to do something then just do it right away. Getting those tasks done right away prevents a lot of clutter and stress later on.
Create a morning ritual : something as simple as waking up early, doing a 10 minutes workout routine, cleaning your room and taking a bath is more than enough to get you started. Make some for meditation if you can. The more you practice it, more your life gets better.
Follow the 80/20 rule : I recently learned about this tactic where you can invest most of your time investing in the tasks that will give you results for lifelong and be beneficial in every way. Its like studying for at least five hours a day that to thoroughly can make a big impact in your studies or your practice. They will definitely give you good results in your examinations. 20% of task yields 80% of results.
Get enough rest : without enough rest you cannot enjoy or improve your life. To get all the things done as expected you must get enough rest for your body and mind. Getting you favorite flavor of ice-cream, or going for a walk are a type of mental rest, which are much needed to keep you sane and in the social circle. Not getting enough rest makes you cranky and reduces your ability to concentrate.
