We, humans, procrastinate things a lot it is a thing that everyone does daily some do less I do a lot of procrastinating. the concept of procrastinating is that you delay the work that you should have done earlier and after that, you regret that I should have done that work very much as me that's the concept of procrastinating things from my point of view because I have personally procrastinated things and by the time I realized it I already have been procrastinated so I thought that there should be a way that helps me to get rid of doing procrastinating things because a lot of people like if you're a student you can relate with the concept of procrastinating because suppose you're doing a subject that you have to do at 7:00 AM but you feel like you I'm I will do it at 8:00 AM and then you don't do it at 8:00 AM that's called procrastinating things and I have done that things a lot but I have got some ways that I have improved from the art of procrastinating I will share some tips that will work for you. 

so this tip is for the students if you want an effective timetable what study pattern I have something for you see as a student I do procrastinate things almost every day because at the end we are humans we are not robots that will work endlessly he also gets bored so for that the effective study pattern for me is like if you're studying a subject studied for 25 to 30 minutes and take 5 or 10 minutes today then study again for 25 to 30 minutes then again take 5 to 10 minutes straight like this you will it motivated to study and you will also get some breaks so you would be like Even so you will snot procastinate things that you should you will be late but you would not procrastinate that thing so this advice is for students and I think it will work if you applied it neatly and carefully. 

One of the main reasons for procrastinating things is a phone and social media because I have procrastinated things because of social media scrolling through Instagram Facebook releases a certain type of dopamine that keeps you on to going it and you forget about the things you should have done so if you want not to procrastinate things then you should set the timetable for using social media that you have to use social media at certain times which will help you to not to procrastinate things this step I've been using for some months and it's really quite working well so I will also recommend you to do that.
