Fruits are one of the important components of our health because it improves you so much nutrition and proteins and there are so many gold components in fruits and words are one of the important food that should be in your diet And fruits have all the important components not only one but almost every creature living on the land and fruits are easily available on the tree so even if you are lost in the jungle or something so food like fruits are there on this planet for many years and as the years went ahead the quantity and quality of food started increasing big companies started growing trees end supply fruits two supermarket shops and fruits from many components that are very healthy for your various parts of the body so there are many fruits that you should eat like apple banana so you should eat. I'm going to tell you about some fruits that are useful for your body.

Apples

Apples are one of the best food you should eat in our daily day because eating apples is meant to be very healthy and there is a famous phrase for this particular fruit that is an apple a day keeps the doctor away it means that eating an apple every day will give you less disease and you will not have to go to the doctor so yeah and besides that apple also I have so many good healthy components like so many kinds of nutrition that helps your body to grow and to keep you immune from diseases and apple is one of the easiest fruit to eat because you don't have to do anything like peeling it or cutting add or removing seeds before eating it you just have to take an apple and eat it as simple as that so eating an apple every day is very healthy for your health. 

Bananas

Banana is also one of the healthiest fruit that you should because banana is the easiest fruit to eat I will say. we just have to peel the cover of banana and banana is also one of the healthiest fruit you should eat bananas. bananas are easily available in any of the markets and in any shop or it can even get you on the tree so the banana is indeed one of the great fruit that you should eat a banana has so many good components and, so many good vitamins that are very healthy for your body you should definitely eat a banana every day in the morning or in the afternoon you should eat a banana.

Watermelon

This fruit is one of the biggest fruit you will ever see but the components in it are allegedly good and watermelon is like the tastiest fruit I've eaten in the summer because in summer watermelons around demand watermelon taste really good when you eat it in the hot summer besides that watermelon has also so many healthy components like vitamins which are good for your health and there is a bit struggle while eating watermelon because you have to cut the side part of watermelon you have to remove the side piece of watermelon and then you should have it but after eating the watermelon you will feel that it was worth it suggestion eat watermelon once in a while and it is indeed healthy fruit
