We often don't care about health in our day-to-day life. like me, in some time I haven't taken care of my body properly but it is not a simple task-it needs assured determination which a person has to make through that process it doesn't mean only doing exercises or doing workout cardio that stuff. it also depends upon how is your diet.

So there is a lot of food that will help you to get in shape. but it also depends upon what kind of fruit or vegetable you choose because some kind of food has lots of calories that will not help you in your weight loss process so you should always go for foods that have low calories and high kinds of protein. you should eat eggs Because eggs are very beneficial for losing weight but you should not eat eggs like cooking it adding salt pepper a not like that you should eat raw egg then it will help you to succumb your burden at the start it will feel a kind of weird but it will help you in your process so I'll recommend you to eat healthy food at least three times a week it will help you to get in shape.

Now another main part of losing weight is to eat fruits because fruits have so many components that will help you to reduce weight but there is certain kind of fruit that will help you a lot so it's upon new that which kind of fruit you choose to eat because choosing the right fruit is also a part of your weight process. So the first fruit you have to choose to eat is an apple because apple is easily available in your nearby stores and it doesn't need any kind of cutting you just have to take that as it is  to wash it and eat it and it will benefit you a lot because Apples are low in 
calories, high in fiber, that's the reason you should eat fruits in your weight loss process.

The next food is dark chocolate. how can chocolate help You to weigh I'm not saying to eat normal milk chocolate I'm saying you have to eat dark chocolate will help you to lower cravings and it will help to create a feeling that you have eaten a lot.
