Yoga has always been utilized to maintain both physical and mental wellness. Yoga teaches breathing methods that help with mindfulness and concentration. Although yoga has changed throughout the years, at its heart, it still adheres to Ayurveda.

Surya Mudra:

The Surya Mudra, also known as the Agni Mudra in traditional culture, symbolizes the fire element. Applying this mudra awakens the body's fire energy and enables you to rebalance the fire. Making the mudras enables the fingers to connect and promotes the movement of energy throughout the body.

Linga Mudra:

Lord Shiva's mudra is another name for the Linga mudra. Numerous people hold the view that the Gods engaged in yoga and meditation, and that there is a profound relationship between yoga and the Hindu and Buddhist religions. The Linga mudra is a powerful mudra for resolving internal issues.

The Linga mudra represents the triumph of good over evil. By doing this mudra, you can ignite your body's natural fire, which releases energy that can rejuvenate your organs. In order to correct any stomach disorders, the digestive system is engaged and energy flows through it. Linga mudra facilitates weight loss by enhancing metabolic function.Mudra Kapha-Nashak.

Vayu, Kapha, and Pitta are the three temperaments of the body.

Mudra Kapha-Nashak:
Vayu, Kapha, and Pitta are the three temperaments of the body. Vayu signifies air, whereas the Kapha and Pitta elements stand in for fire and earth, respectively. Pitta, or fire, is the body's dominant element and is believed to quicken metabolism. Earth is the symbol for the Kapha element, and an excess of this could suggest extra weight in the body.
The Kapha-Nashak mudra strives to eliminate the body's excess of the Kapha element and reestablish the harmony between the other elements. The Kapha-Nashak mudra increases metabolic activity by generating fire, which enhances the digestive system's functionality.

The Kapha-Nashak mudra must be done while sitting comfortably and with your eyes closed. Together with the thumb, bend the little and ring fingers in the direction of the palm. Maintain pressure for as long as it is comfortable for you to do so.

It is suggested that you perform this mudra for 20 to 30 minutes every day. The effect of this mudra is strengthened by applying more pressure to the palms, which contributes to the production of more heat.
