1.Almonds 

almond is one of the food that will increase your productivity. Almonds are also useful to keep your focus throughout your day by Eating almonds in the morning will help you to be focused And almonds are easy to eat because you don't have to cook or fry that food you just have to take almonds from your bag and you have to just eat it so almond is one of the best and easy food to increase our productivity and focus throughout the day.

2. Banana 

Banana is one of the best fruit if you want to be productive throughout your day because banana has so much glucose in it and banana helps you to focus on your work and keeps energy in your body through out the day you should eat at least two to three bananas throughout the day eating banana will help you a lot in your productivity and it will keep you focused in your workplace and banana has so many good components that will help you and eating banana will fill your stomach and you will not be hungry for some hours after eating banana savage recommend who eat banana in a day.

3. Apples

The next food that you should eat to maintain a productivity and focus throughout the day you should eat apple apple is one of the greatest food that has so many good components in it and apple is easy to eat you don't have to do anything you just have to grab an apple and eat it apple it's a great source of energy apple will give you more energy than coffee and apple are very rich in antioxidants and have about 13 gram of sugar which make them a more effective source of energy so I would recommend you to eat apple in a day to maintain a productivity in your day.

4.Yogurt

yogurt yogurt is a great snacks to curb those late night sugar cravings and ease hunger pain so you can be well rested for the day ahead and yogurt has very good components that you should get inside of your body and yogurt also keeps you energized through your long day you should usually eat yogurt in the morning because eating yogurt in the morning will give you enough energy to sustain throughout the day so if you are feeling sleepy in the morning and you're feeling tired you should eat yogurt it will energize you and you will be OK
