…………………………………………………………………..Listening to depressing news, getting disconnected from the outside world, delay in examination, stuck at homes and not knowing how to take one step forward in life has lead to stress, anxiety and depression among children and there parents. Researchers have observed that large scale disasters such as pandemics, tend to cause an increase in mental health issues such as depression, substance abuse, and behavioural disorders.

HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO GET RID OF STRESS- 

  1. MAKE MONEY ONLINE- As we all know due to lockdown many offline business have been shut but many online businesses have been grown rapidly. This suggests that this is the best time for making money online. If you are a teenager or an adult try finding ways to generat money this thing will keep you busy and also generate some money. This is one of the best way to pass your time during lockdown.
  2. Excercising- Excercising is important but in these days it has become a necessity. Excersing not only helps you to get a perfect body but also promotes chemicals in the brain that improve your mood and make you more relaxed. Specifically, the brain releases feel-good chemicals called endorphins throughout the body. Physical activity reduces anxiety and depressed mood, and enhances self-esteem. Boosts energy and brain power. So start exercising from today and you will soon see the results. #fitness
  3. Self care- Now that we have extra time, invest time in improving your skin. Prepare different kinds of facemasks for your face and if nothing then cut some cucumber pieces and keep them on your eyes and listen to some soothing music. This will reduce stress. Try this activity you will feel good for sure. #facemask #beauty
  4. Family time- Now that everyone is at home , take out some time for your family, talk to them, play with them, have meals together, watch movies with them. Sharing your problems with your loved ones will definitely reduce your issues to some extent and If nothing you will be relaxed to some extent. (They say in hindi dukh baantne se kam hota hai.)
  5. Limit your news exposure - Avoid listening or watching depressing news whole day.  Instead read books of your choice. Reading books has a lot of benefits such as

  • Builds vocabulary.
  • Prevents cognitive decline.
  • Reduces stress.
  • Aids sleep.
  • Alleviates depression
