In India average adult men got the belly fat faster and earlier so what is reason that the Indian people get fat faster . In India their is no diet plan is present in Indian ground society so that the reason why people have a tummy or lets we called fat is occurs on the stomach so what is reason that the people are worried about that that's why the Indian people daily eats the heavy food daily that's the reason is that tummy is occur.
In Indian daily life of the indian people start with first drink is first is chai(Tea).almost in india their are maximum number of people get first at mornig with start with chai .so this the reson they are not informed about the nutrients is taken are bad for the health so .
But The people Now beacause of the social media people are just knew that our daily nutrients are not ganing so now the taking care about that about the heath and whatever so the people are just know about their nutrients .

Do daily exercise
gets a high protein
eat light food
don't take a fast food
In first point we can do daily exercise every day I don't say get to the gym and start body building . i just want say that you just start exercise for the tummy or we can say fat loss exercise so do just fat stomach exercise but we can continue with exercise.
In second point i just want to say get more protein as you can because protein give the best nutrients for our body so that the reason i just want to keep get protein from meal like chi ken and the paneer for the vegetarian people so start to taking the meals but most importantly take a boil eggs because boil eggs gave us a protein like chickens in body building people the men's get the daily eggs in their diet for the strengthens purpose so that s the we just get the protein everyday.
In third point in that we just eat a daily light food because we do exercise every day don't gave light food is eat not work properly so just take a eat light food everyday.
In fourth point like pizza , bugger this is the most heavy food we eat create the fat faster so that the reason just take light food daily.
