Fitness is a very subjective term. It can mean different for different individuals. - Stay hydrated and make sure you are having about 3-4 litres of water on a daily basis. Knowing the difference between hunger and thirst is very important , so be mindful of the fact that if you are hungry or actually just thirsty.
- Sleep and Rest are equally important. A LOT of people don’t focus on this but it is very important for a balanced and a healthy life.
