The best time to visit Gulmarg is from November to Februrary. After that, thousand of people visit Gulmarg for skiing. But its a beautiful destination all year around and definitely worth a visit.
Gulmarg is very famous in the indian ski scene. The city is located in the peel panjar mountains which is part of the western himalayas. Gulmarg is the best place in India I can say. There are no words to describe beauty. When i got there it was like heaven. It has a vennila ice cream like atmosphere above the clouds.
2. CHERAPUNJEE
Cherrapunjee
Cherapunjee is called the “Crest of the jewels of Mehalaya”. This place has lot of rain and was one of the rainest city in the world. Many natural wonders, such as natural caves with stalagmites and stalactites and high waterfalls.
This place is paradise for nature lovers and adventure lovers. This place literally has a monsoon season all year around with exceptional peaks in the actual monsoon season. It goes without saying that cherrapunjee is worth visiting for its rich culture and festivals.
3. WHITE RANN
White Rann
A Rann of Kutch, a unique region of Gujarat, is one of the largest salt dessert in the world. The delight of photographers, this remarkable place with its surrealistic landscape, has in recent years become a well-known destination for eccentric travel.
4. VALLEY OF FLOWERS
Valley of Flowers
The valley of flowers is located in the chamori district, and you can also visit gangaria, govindgart and Hemkundosahib.The valley flowers is known for its pristine natural beauty, and a drive from here to places like Haridwar and Joshimato will take people to the mountains and create a wonderful experience. With over 600 species of flowers growing in the cool climate of western Himalayan, It is a dream destination for nature lovers, botanists and photographers. This quality has been designated as a National Park and a UNESCO world heritage site.
5. MUNNAR
Munnar
Munnar is a town in the western Ghats of kerala, India. Munnar is famous for its tea plantations. A visit to the Tata Tea Museum is a must see in munnar. There are several beautiful waterfalls in and around munnar. The stunning backdrop of the famous Neela kurinji flowers, which bloom only once every 12 years is this dreamy spot and a must see in munnar.
